Stupid Story 04-12-05
In the past year, I have delt with, let's say, about 10 different Real Estate people. Why is it that only *one* of them was able to follow through with his job on a regular basis? I mean, here I am, holding money in my hand, and these people can't be bothered to call me back. Are they really in that much demand that they cannot call someone back for days on end?

if you burned through ten salespeople (in ANY sales career)in a year, i would suggest it's pretty obvious THEY are not the problem....
Ok... I hear what your saying. Two Examples:
1. I spoke with a real estate woman about looking at some property and she said she would get back to me. I kid you not, when I next heard from her, I had already put a deposit on a house.
2. I first met a woman about lease property, and she showed me what was available. I emailed her and asked about some property I saw. She emailed back saying she would find out. A few days later, I resent the email to remind her... I am still waiting on her answer, even though I called on it myself last Monday.
I am always impressed by people that say they will call you back, and do so within a realistic timeframe.
